If you're unsure whether private therapy is right for you and would like to learn more about how we can address your issues before starting therapy, I offer a brief free consultation. In this informal discussion, either over video, phone, or in my office, we can reflect on it together. The service is free; however, a fee of NOK 400 will be charged if you do not attend the appointment or cancel after the regular cancellation deadline.

Terms
- 48-hour cancellation policy (Mon-Fri), regardless of the reason. This means that an appointment on Tuesday at 12:00 must be canceled before Friday at 12:00. Late cancellations or changes will be charged in full.
- You can either pay with a debit or credit card immediately after the session or receive a monthly email invoice by the end of the month at no extra charge.
